Here is the address: http://knittedknockersusa.com/<br />They provide a knitted "knocker" that can be inserted in your bra. It is made from a special yarn and even has a nipple. It is stuffed with a soft stuffing and a hole is left in the bottom so that you can add or remove stuffing so that you match. It is cool, comfortable, soft, hand washable and FREE. I believe they have a crocheted pattern if you would like to try it but they also state the knitted pattern is more comfortable. I am a breast cancer survivor (12 years) and please give her my best wishes. I could go on and on about this program but please just look at the website and see what you think. It really is free and there are no strings attached. I think it'd be great to post one so people can use it to make hats for breast cancer walks or fundraisers like what you are doing. I'm going to work on the pattern today and get it posted ASAP. I'll let you know when it's up :-) Chrissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07148002778241903645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6952178797020440666.post-61208318730478461082013-05-23T08:53:17.128-07:002013-05-23T08:53:17.128-07:00This is fantastic. My sister has breast cancer in both breasts and has already had one surgery and will very soon be going back to have a double radical mastectomy. Her best friend and I are organizing a fundraiser and I am making a few stuffed crochet boobies for table decorations etc. I then saw the beanie's and thought it would be a fun idea to make a few 'adult' sized ones for a few of us, including my sister, to wear during the fundraiser. I have not been able to find a pattern of adult size. I love to crochet and I can read a pattern however I am horrible at figuring out how to change sizes. :( I realize its a lot to ask of someone to help me write a pattern and I really dont have anything to offer you for it. I completely understand if you are unable but my motto is 'you never know until you ask'. Thank you for any consideration and again your work is beautiful. Have a blessed day.
